It is the holiday season so I thought this story was appropriate to get everyone into the spirit. It connects to the social aspect of Florida and news. This light show brings people from all over Jacksonville together. Much like many of Florida attractions have done throughout our history. Florida has been a place with booming tourism and a place that has wonders and shows for people to enjoy. This is just one example of something that Florida has always done well. attract people. wether it is an amazing light show like this one or the one in St. Augustine or our natural resources we have always been historically good at bringing people to our state. Mandarin and St. Augustine also both happen to be places with deep Florida history.
Refection:
All in all i found this article very interesting as well as up lifting. It is great to see a young person using his time to do something that brings happiness to a community. Florida will always be a place that people are attracted to. I think we see that through history and see it going on through today. This is a big part of our history and ties into how our state is today.
